Work is nearly done on the former home of bar and comedy space Rififi, which will shortly become New York's second—and Manhattan's first—Buffalo Exchange. Starting November 22, the thrift store will open at 332 E. 11th Street between First and Second Avenue. The one in Williamsburg always feels a bit overshadowed by vintage buy-and-sell behemoth Beacon's Closet, which is only a few blocks away, but maybe this one will have more room to thrive.
