There's a dearth of good sample sales this weekend, but a lot of stores seem to be offering Halloween or Election-themed discounts of 15, 20 or 30% off. Not especially thrilling, but it's something. If there are any amazing or noteworthy sales we've missed, please share the wealth in the comments.
