Much like Norma Kamali for Wal-Mart, we're excited from afar for the Charlotte Ronson's I Heart Ronson collection for JC Penney. Neither chain has a
New York City Manhattan store, but like Kamali, Ronson's cheap-chic efforts will be available to purchase online. Nylon has new photos of the clothing, which closely echo the designer's non-diffusion offerings—lots of ruffly little skirts and playful knits. The collection will debut in stores and online in February. Pricing will be extremely gentle, with tops starting at $15 and dresses and jackets maxing out at $65.
