Harlem's Denim Library has officially closed: Last weekend Blogger D.Bell of Uptown Flavor watched workers dismantle the store and load everything into a truck. The store, on at 2326 Seventh Avenue at 136th Street, opened in 2006 and got consistently good press for its solid collection of premium jeans. Did the location (about 136 blocks from Manhattan's Central Shopping Zone) kill it? Was it the customer service, as another blogger suggests? Or is this simply a sign of things to come, uptown and beyond?
