It seems sort of insane to rip off Marimekko's Unikko print, the poppy pattern most closely associated with the Finnish company, but last year Dolce & Gabbana splashed enormous red poppies all over tops and dresses. Marimekko sued, and the Italian boys responded by trying to get Marimekko's copyright revoked. Well, the issue's finally been resolved: There is some justice in the world, and Dolce & Gabbana is settling out of court. [The Glam Guide]
