After an afternoon hyperventilating about the just-released MacBook, the tech blogs finally seem to have paused for breath. The takeaway: Engadget pronounces it "the best MacBook—and best mainstream consumer laptop—Apple's made to date." And Gizmodo says the trackpad is "really fantastic." The trackpad, everyone seems to agree, is the most exciting new feature. It's got no click button (you click just by tapping) and it somehow recognizes gestures by up to four fingers. Plus it's glass, which means it's sleek and shiny. Because if there's one thing Apple products were lacking, it's sleekness and shine.
