WILLIAMSBURG—New vintage and hat shop Tria is throwing an opening party tonight. Stop by 135 Grand Street (off Bedford) any time between 7pm and 10pm to join in the revelry and admire the millinary talents of Ryan Wilde.

MIDTOWN WEST—The Plaza developers are suing their architects for over $2 million dollars due to problems in the retail space, including an improperly waterproofed koi pond. The architects counter that they weren't paid for all the work they did. Clearly, the koi are the real victims here. [The Real Deal]
