E-newsletter RareDaily alerts us to the fact that gadget shop AC Gears, from the folks behind Audio Cubes, is open. The store, which has actually been doing business on East 8th Street for a month and a half, offers an interesting assortment of toys: there are robotic bugs, robotic chicks, robotic cats (apparently a bestseller) and...many other types of robots! The store also sells headphones, PSPs and other electronics sure to keep you happily cooped up inside your apartment away from the sun.
