Street Scenes: Carbon on Broadway and Walker

New, 13 comments

Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.

Today's Street Scenes subject is Carbon, shot on the corner of Broadway and Walker Street in Tribeca. Feel free to vote on whether you like or dislike her outfit below—your choices are 'Perfection!,' I feel strangely ambivalent about it,' or 'Who Did This To You.'

Carbon is wearing Fluevog boots, a scarf made from a child's sweater she bought on eBay and a Puma bag. Everything else (her skirt, jacket and belt) is thrift.
