The pleasures of an Urban Outfitters shopping trip—Cheap Monday jeans and faux-vintage accessories among them—won't be available in Cobble Hill for at least a few more months. We're sad to report that the chain's first Brooklyn outpost, at 164 Atlantic Avenue, doesn't look anywhere close to being finished. Though the source for all things kinda hip and indie looks polished on the outside, the inside of the store is a different matter entirely. The first floor of the Sail Makers building is filled with stacks of drywall, pieces of wood and steel and construction equipment.
