NEW YORK CITY—DKNY wants to promote alternative modes of transportation. According to WWD, the brand "is setting up bike stations from Thursday, featuring the bikes in several New York neighborhoods, including the Meatpacking District and Bryant Park." NATIONAL—Backpack maker JanSport is about to launch a special collection. The JanSport Artist Series, a line of limited-edition bags designed by illustrator Julie West and graffiti artist JoeX2, is debuting to editors this Friday. The bags are slated to hit stores in April. [RackedWire]
