Yesterday, our friends at Curbed got all hot and bothered over renderings of luxury condo conversion 15 Union Square West. Exciting, yes, but we're here to reveal the best part of the building: the retail tenants. Strap in, because you're in for an amazing ride. First, per a Racked source, we've learned that the building is getting a bank—an HSBC. Pretty standard, so let's move on. The second tenant has been revealed as yoga wear store Lululemon Athletica, which is a good fit for the neighborhood. But that's not all: Skechers, the shoe line that boasts luminaries like Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Ashlee Simpson as spokesmodels, will also be nesting in the building's glassy confines. Don't know about you, but we can't wait to relieve painful high school style choices after picking up some artisanal cheese and fresh apple cider at the Greenmarket.
