Life is about to get much sweeter on the Upper East Side. As if treat emporium Dylan's Candy Bar isn't enormous enough, the kid magnet and tourist destination on Third Avenue and 60th Street is adding a third level for private parties, and expanding their first and second floors. The renovations are expected to be complete at the end of February. Ready yourself for a new dessert cafe and an ice cream bar, plus more candy.
