Let's take a break from shopping and retail developments for a moment, as today brings some rather huge news for Curbed and for West Coast residents. First off, we're welcoming a new site, Eater San Francisco. But that's not all—we're also debuting a revamped version of Curbed San Francisco. Curbed SF, which launched in March of 2006, is now being helmed by editor Sarah Hromack. The head Eater at Eater SF is Paolo Lucchesi.
