LOWER EAST SIDE—Normally we ignore these types of shopping nights (for girly, pajama-party-type affairs, you can head over to Shecky's), but the event taking place on the LES this evening does benefit a charity, and some of our favorite boutiques are involved, so we'll bite. From 6 to 10pm, a laundry list of stores (including Valley, Plum, Lola y Maria, and 20 Peacocks) will be offering deals, free booze and special trunk shows. Local restaurants are also getting in on the action with an assortment of freebies. 10% of the evening's proceeds benefit the LES Girls Club.
