The massive Hermès store down at 15 Broad Street must be getting a bit lonely down there in Fidi, being that it's one of the only luxury retailers around and all. Well, the shop will have an upscale neighbor very soon—the Tiffany & Co. going in at 37 Wall Street is opening in less than a month. October 10th will be the retailer's glorious below-Canal debut.
