EAST VILLAGE—Blue & Cream, an upscale Hamptons boutique, has been plywooded up on the Bowery for some time, but it looks like they're readying to open soon. A Curbed commenter writes, "Blue & Cream....a fashion store? is a door down from Boloud [sic]. They had a employee casting call or something. Three total babes were hanging out with the Owner dude and a sign sayin employee application 3-5pm last week." Cryptic, but helpful. [Racked Staff]
PARK SLOPE—Two bits of retail news from the Slope, from a source close to Racked: "There's a new clothing store opening up on 7th ave near 10th St (give or take) in Park Slope right near my place. It's called LOLA. Also there's something replacing the old Computer Café there on 7th and 15th that looks like maybe a kid's clothing store (Slope mommies starved with the closing of Baby Bird?) called Lily."
