If you are a fan of Diane von Furstenberg's dresses, than it may be worth your while to stop by the designer's Meatpacking District flagship. We signed up for her mailing list* in a book on the store's counter a few months back, and yesterday received this note in the mail. It was a birthday card from DVF complete with a $50 gift certificate. That lady's all class.

*We used a personal email address, so this was not a work-related perk. Also, when writing down your info, you're asked to submit your date of birth—Diane's not stalking her clientele or anything.
