Barneys Warehouse Sale Elbow Throwing To Begin Tomorrow

The Barneys Warehouse Sale begins tomorrow morning at 8am and our feelings about the event are a bit conflicted. Yes, you can still find good deals here, especially if you drop in near the end and really dig, but the whole affair has lost its luster. Regardless, the sale receives a massive amount of press and there will most definitely be a long line outside of the space at 255 West 17th Street tomorrow. For those who are interested in dropping by, you have until September 3rd to do so. If you're planning on hitting the sale tomorrow morning, you should, of course, expect a mob scene. Don't bring a large bag (they'll ask you to check it) and get there early if you want first go at the merchandise, which is marked 50 to 70% off of retail.
