Taken mere minutes ago by a trusted Racked correspondent, here are some interior shots of the enormous Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams store going in at the base of 210 Lafayette Street (a.k.a. One Kenmare Square) in Soho. You're looking at 11,000 square feet that'll soon be filled with all sorts of contemporary home furnishings. Said correspondent also has some color from the construction workers milling about the space, "I asked what the sq footage was and they said, 'Big. it's big.' They told me there's going to be a basement and an outdoor area as well." Projected opening date: first week of October, as the grand opening party is planned for October 11th. Mark it on your calendars.
