Okay, we're trying to calm down and breathe deeply here. According to a reliable source close to Racked, Swedish fast-fashion chain H&M is opening an outpost on Delancey Street. Above, a picture of what Racked staffers have narrowed down as the most likely location of the retailer's newest store: this building, located at 110-114 Delancey Street at Essex Street. According to Property Shark, the three-story space comes in at 23,000 square feet. Keep in mind that this information has yet to be confirmed by H&M (and that we're guesstimating at the space), however, we did put in a call to the building's leasing agent, who told us that the entire place had been leased. If Delancey is indeed the next target of H&M's expansion plans, well, ah, the thought of that store on the Lower East Side renders us almost speechless. The neighborhood's definitely...changing. But it's still hip, right? Right? [Racked Staff]
