Racked is no longer publishing. Thank you to everyone who read our work over the years. The archives will remain available here; for new stories, head over to Vox.com, where our staff is covering consumer culture for The Goods by Vox. You can also see what we’re up to by signing up here.
Rackage is a look inside recently-opened stores around town. Today, we take a trip to the West Village to peek into Jonathan Adler's newest shop.

Jonathan Adler may be one of the most well known home designers out there. Adler, who began his career as a potter, has multiple shops strewn across the country and is a judge on Bravo's Top Design. In March, the busy man opened a store in the West Village. The boutique is typical Adler: cheerful and colorful housewares and objets d'art. Shelves showcase his beautiful pottery; lamps, furniture, graphic-printed 300-thread-count sheets, hand-loomed Llama-wool rugs and quirky needlepoint pillows are also for sale. For additional reading on the store, visit The Shophound and Citysearch.
