If the name Space.NK isn't familiar to you now, it will be soon. In an aggressive move sure to worry local shop C.O. Bigelow and peeve Sephora and Bath & Body Works, the British apothecary is planning on opening four outposts in the city. Space.NK, which carries its own line of products as well as luxe potions and balms from brands like Du Wop, Laura Mercier, Nars and Kiehls, is extremely popular in England, with over 50 locations there. The company's first store is supposedly opening today at 99 Greene Street between Spring and Prince (though we've been unable to get a hold of them via phone to confirm this UPDATE: Not open yet); after that, per a source close to Racked, we hear they've taken space on Columbus Avenue on the UWS, Madison and 83rd Street on the UES and possibly Greenwich Avenue in the Village. So many sources for moisturizer, so little time.
