Though Frank Novak, the owner of furniture store Modernica, recently closed his Soho store at 57 Greene Street, people are still griping about the place's customer service, or lack thereof. In response to all the complaints, an olive branch from Frank, "I feel bad about the people who wrote in about the bad service they got from my NY store. I'd like to offer something else to New Yorkers %15 off for the next 30 days on bubble lamps and fiberglass shell chairs if the order is initiated through my email address at FrankN@Modernica.net." Good news, because one can never have too many shell chairs and bubble lamps.
