That pumpkiny hue, those brown ribbons—yes, what you see here is the soon-to-open Hermès store at 15 Broad Street between Exchange and Wall Streets, which should be fully stocked with pricey scarves, ties, bags and other tasteful accessories by early June. What better place than the ground zero (so to speak) of wealth and financial power to open one of the world's most expensive luxury goods stores? Good to know that construction on at least one project down there goes smoothly.
