Last week, a reader emailed us asking why there are no places to work out in Williamsburg. We're still waiting for answers, but we do have good news for 'burg residents who want to join a physical fitness facility. An intrepid businessperson has noticed the demand and is planning on opening a gym sometime in the near future. From his email, which we hope isn't some sort of scam or put on: "ive been working on a business plan for a gym in the burg for a few months now. we're close to completion and we've been scouting locations. we will either be in the south side, near graham ave or somewhere in between (McCarren Park vicinity)" See that? Prayers, answered.
