THE JERZ—The owners of grocery store mini-chain Fairway have announced that they will be opening another location...in Paramus. Construction on the 50,000-square-foot market is expected to be completed by June 2008. From the press release, "The first Fairway in New Jersey will stay true to its four predecessors in Manhattan, Plainview, L.I. and Brooklyn, and offer an extraordinary variety of superior quality fresh food from around the globe at the most competitive prices."
