The official opening day for the Meatpacking District Apple Store will be Friday, December 7th (not the 8th as a construction worker erroneously told us earlier). A tipster writes, "Just saw a poster at the corner of 7th ave and 14th that said the store is opening on 12/7! Cute subway design style too."
