Time Out New York's brought back their Use This Elf shopping blog. For the second year, the magazine's asking readers to send in a description of the person they are having a hard time shopping for (and what type of present they have in mind for this person); editors will find and blog gift solutions. And that's not all! Per the press materials, we learn that after the holidays, the Use This Elf site will transition into a regular ol' shopping blog. Our interest is piqued. [Use This Elf]
