What you see here is Chase setting up shop on Bowery between First and Second Streets. When pricey establishments within the Avalon Christie cluster finally open, like Blue & Cream and Daniel Boulud’s as-yet-unnamed burger joint, this will be the closest ATM to hit before inevitable big spending ensues.
