Lower East Side: Racked has learned that Jack "Organic, Fair Trade, Shade Grown" Mazzola of Jack's Stir Brew fame will open a third coffee corridor on Suffolk off of Rivington. Opening date at exact address TK, but it's happening. Aunt Rosie's Chocolate Chip cookies will be on the premises. As for the Live Music on Tuesday schtick, it seems, given the 'hood, this is a certainty, too.
