Hot off the tipline comes the news that the American Apparel tights billboard that loomed over Houston and Allen Streets has been replaced with another AA billboard. Maybe they changed it out because someone recently defaced the ad with an oh-so-clever comment: "Gee, I wonder why women get raped."
