GRAMERCY/FLATIRON—Gym chain for insomniacs 24 Hour Fitness is coming to NYC. A tipster writes: "24 Hour Fitness is apparently launching its first New York gym at the base of the Grand Madison building (225 5th Avenue, pictured at right). The gym will occupy ground floor and basement of the building, and face Madison Square Park. Pricey real estate for a gym that flashes $17 monthly membership when you visit their website!"
