WEST VILLAGE—Marc Jacobs isn't the only Bleecker Street retailer who has decorated his store for Halloween. The Fashion Informer has pics of Ralph Lauren, Olive & Bette's and Cynthia Rowley's holiday window displays. NATIONAL—Vera Wang may have overestimated the amount of plus-sized ladies who shop at Kohl's.
