When he's not frightening the neighborhood with his expanding empire, Marc Jacobs is spooking passersby with the Halloween decorations in his Bleecker Street store windows. Never one to forget a holiday, the designer's taken pains to assemble a group of ghoulish, yet-well-dressed mannequins. These displays are almost as scary as the price of his platform wingtip heels. Almost.
