The Lower East Side is now home to a Steve Madden store at 132 Ludlow and Rivington. Take some time to digest that little bit of news. A Racked source, who passed by Sunday night, writes: "It seems to be an outlet. Had the overall vibe of a sample sale. Signs in windows, hastily printed, like ALL MEN'S SHOES $100/PAIR." So basically, it's worse than we feared.
