Christopher Burch might be having trouble finding income—he's certainly not getting any from C. Wonder anymore, and now it looks like he won't get much as much from selling his West Village townhouse. Our sister site Curbed NY noticed that Tory Burch's (angry) ex-husband recently slashed the price of his 340 West 12th Street manse by a whopping $7 million, bringing the price down to $16 million (last year, it was listed for $27 million).
The home includes a garden, rooftop terrace, a carriage house, and even an indoor pool with a hot tub and a bar. For more photos and floorplans, head to the link below.
