It looks like Bleecker Street may be losing one of our favorite shoe stores. The Shophound noticed a prominent "For Lease" sign in the window—however, it's not clear whether the British brand is packing up for good in the city, or just moving to a new home elsewhere in Manhattan.
Update: A sales associate told us that the store is indeed closing, and won't be reopening in another location. Kurt Geiger is closing all brick and mortar operations in the United States—their California stores have already closed, and New York is the only one open, for now.
