Brandy Melville has gotten a bigger home. The Commercial Observer reports that the Italian fashion brand with a distinctly Californian flair has shifted in Soho.
It moved from its former location at 518 Broadway down to 499 Broadway, which, at 8,000 square feet, is nearly double the size.
"It's a phenomenal space with lots of foot traffic," said Alan Napack of Cushman & Wakefield, who represented the clothing brand in lease negotiations. "This bigger space will be great for them."
Brandy Melville also reportedly agreed to rent the space for less than $400 per square foot—a figure well below typical retail rents in the area. The parties involved in the transaction declined to comment on the numbers.
This address was formerly home to Swarovski Crystallized.
