Even better than working up a sweat outside is doing so for charity. Head over to Union Square on Sunday, June 1st for hours of activity with Fit & Fearless Fitness—according to Well & Good, that includes dancing with 305 Fitness, a cycling class with BFX Fitness, and combat conditioning with Noah Neiman of Barry's Bootcamp.
The event, presented by Champion Sports Bras, will raise money for City of Hope, which has been studying how long-term regular exercise decreases risk for life-threatening illnesses like diabetes and breast cancer.
For just $55 you can take part in the Barry's Bootcamp and 305 Fitness sessions, which start at 10am and 11am, respectively. Participating in the BFX Ride Republic session at noon is more expensive, depending on which row you're sitting in. For more pricing info and registration, check out the link below.
