When it's cold, few things feel better than a warm, heated hot yoga room. Just about any studio will feel toasty once you get moving, but hot classes that are heated to at least 105 degrees are an entirely different story. The benefits: the high temps make it easier to flow deeper in and out of poses, and instructors and practitioners argue that all that sweat flushes out toxins.
After the jump, we've rounded up twelve studios that offer hot classes in 60, 75, and 90 minute intervals, with prices ranging from $5 to just under $40. The list is by no means meant to be all-inclusive, so if we missed your favorite, let us know and we'll add it to the post.
