H&M's very first store in the Bronx is on its way. Now that it has a massive Times Square outpost and a new store in Downtown Brooklyn, the Swedish megachain is looking to set up shop in the one borough it has yet to occupy (Queens and Staten Island both have stores of their own).
The new location will take up 28,000 square feet inside The Mall at Bay Plaza, the area's first enclosed mall in over forty years. According to News 12, the mall is expected to open in August. So far, brands like Victoria's Secret, Michael Kors, and Gap have already signed on.
