Subtle rendering via Brookfield Place
The forthcoming mall that is Brookfield Place has gotten another fashion tenant in the form of Theory. The contemporary brand will take 2,480 square feet at the former World Financial Center, which is expected to open this spring. No word yet on where Theory will sit on the floorplan, or if the merchandise mix will be men's, women's, or a little of both.
Other fashion retailers confirmed include Hermes, Michael Kors, Calypso, Scoop, Eileen Fisher, Salvatore Ferragamo, and Burberry. This will be Theory's sixth Manhattan outpost.
