Denim brand Earnest Sewn was bought by Anthony Frym, "a denim veteran," WWD reports. Frym bought only the trademark for the brand and none of the brand's operational or retail leases, but the company's Meatpacking District and Lower East Side units will close by the end of this year. Frym will open a new New York store for the brand next year.
