In today's Between the Bricks column, the Post reports that Happy Socks is getting a stand-alone store in Soho. The cheeky Swedish sock brand just signed a lease for a space at 436 West Broadway, however it's going to be a little while before it opens—the lease, which is for a ten year deal, doesn't start until next spring. Currently, the address belongs to swimwear brand Vilebrequin, who also occupies a storefront on Madison Avenue.
