In today's Between the Bricks column, the Post reports that West Broadway will soon have two new tenants: high-end lingerie brand La Perla, and the Roberto Cavalli offshoot Just Cavalli.
La Perla already has a Soho store on Greene Street, but the article explains that it will be trading in that location for a 1,600-square-foot space at 430-434 W. Broadway. (Chloé is already slated to take its place.) Just Cavalli, on the other hand, doesn't have a stand-alone store yet in the city, so the Soho outpost will act as the brand's flagship.
Things get a little more complicated, though, because 434 West Broadway is the former home of D&G. Steffano Gabbana told WWD over the weekend that they would be opening a new Dolce & Gabbana store in Soho, sometime in the relatively-near future, so it looks like this location is out.
The tenant of 430 West Broadway, however, is Piero Guidi, who only opened during the fall of 2011. As of now, it's unclear whether or not there's room for all three stores—Piero, La Perla, and Just Cavalli—or if Piero Guidi is already on the hunt for a new boutique.
