Over the weekend, EV Grieve noticed that there was a "for rent" sign on Patricia Field's boutique at 302 Bowery. Today, we have a few more details. The good news is that the boutique isn't shuttering—it's just moving over a storefront. Patricia's showroom is located at 306 Bowery, and she's currently in the midst of renovating it. EV Grieve adds that she's expected to move her boutique there sometime this spring.
The real estate listing for 302 Bowery describes the spot as "retail ready to go on hot Bowery block." We now know that the cost of rent is $30,000 per month there, and that the new tenant would have a May move-in date. Since the lease term is listed as ten years, it seems that Patricia's relocation to 306 Bowery is most likely a permanent one.
