French brand Zadig & Voltaire already has three Manhattan locations, but DNAinfo reports that its looking to add one more on Madison Avenue. According to the real estate firm RKF, a lease has been signed for a 2,300-square-foot store at 992 Madison Ave at 77th Street, and Zadig & Voltaire will be occupying it in the spring.
The shop will actually be inside of the Mark Hotel, as RKF explains that it's the brand's "ideal location." The other three shops are located in Soho, Meatpacking, and the West Village, so it appears that the label is now officially ready to rope in all those Upper East Siders who don't particularly want to make the commute downtown.
