Target has teamed up with two more designs on fall accessories. South African hat-maker Albertus Swanepoel, who has previously collaborated with the Gap and J.Crew, will do a run of 14 women's hats for $19.99 a pop. And onetime fashion editor and Mattel product designer Dana Kellin will contribute jewelry running from $9.99 to $49.99. Both lines launch October 30 and stick around until after the holidays. [WWD]
