He teased us with his men's T by Alexander Wang line, providing guys with slouchy tees, relaxed sweaters, and thick cotton varsity jackets, but now Alexander Wang is going all out for fall with his first men's ready-to-wear collection. The designer tells Style.com that "Where's the menswear?" is one of the most commonly asked questions at his new Soho shop, so he's simply giving the people what they want.
Come fall, the 14-piece range will be available at the Grand Street shop and Barneys, as well as internationally at Colette, Dover Street Market and Joyce. Don't expect T by Alexander Wang prices, as his latest goodies start off at around $375 and hit an all-time high of $2,150 for an all-leather trench. Wang says the collection reflects his signature utilitarian, high-meets-low sensibility. It doesn't include accessories and shoes (the boots in the above shot aren't his own), but he plans to incorporate those into his second men's RTW collection in spring 2012.—Yale Breslin
